So I was trolling YouTube for a conference talk...No seriously! I was! It was to show my Young Women if you MUST know...Okay... OKay,okay so I did look up the "Chocolate Rain" guy while I was there...
I had that song stuck in my head. For some reason whenever a song is stuck in my head I HAVE to LISTEN to THAT song to get it out sometimes. Does anyone else have that experience?
I mean I will have songs stuck in my head for DAYS at a time. I will dream about them...and they will be there waiting for me when I wake up. NOWADAY I can just look up whichever song is plaguing my damaged, damaged mind and the good people at Amazon.com/mp3 can help me exorcise my musical demons...
But back in the day, I would just have to hope and pray that Fisher and Todd would play "Groovy Kind of Love" on the radio sooner rather than later. Otherwise, it was like a tiny Phil Collins had gotten stuck in my head, had fallen deeply in love with hypothalamus and was now seranading her, (let's call it a her), was now seranading her into submission with his wussiest of all his Wuss Rock... Although have to say that I DO love that song..I'm not afraid to admit it anymore. Groovy Kind of Love gets me RIGHT THERE!
Well, I should donate my brain to science when I pass on because there's stuff happening in there that really should be analyzed. But I think that you would agree having "CHOC-LATE Raaaiiin" in my head ALL day??? REALLY
It needed to be addressed...

Nothing is funnier than missionaries trying to entertain themselves...Oh my goodness! The "Sweet Spirit" song just about made me pee my pants. I can laugh at it though because I OWN my own Sweet Spiritedness. : ) Michael Scott would pronounce it "Sweet Spiritcanity".
